This system adds furnace top gas protection, furnace bottom argon blowing stirring and refining purification functions to ordinary furnaces. During the heating and smelting process of the furnace, countless tiny argon bubbles are blown into the furnace bottom. During the floating process of argon bubbles, the surface tension and volume expansion are used to maintain a negative pressure "vacuum chamber", adsorbing harmful gases and impurities dispersed in the molten metal to the surface of the molten metal. The high-efficiency refining and quality-improving agent covered on the surface reacts and adsorbs physically and chemically, so that the molten metal can quickly achieve the refining purposes such as degassing, sulfur and phosphorus reduction, and inclusion removal, which significantly improves the cleanliness of the metal.
